Note: an OmniRoute combo's model list is a fallback-on-error chain, not an intelligence escalation. The first model runs unless it errors. So a free-first combo runs the free model for every task regardless of the intelligence it needs. Reasoning-tier processes that need more than Gemini require a combo whose FIRST model is at that level. Currently only Gemini-class combos produce facts through the gateway; the capable Codex-Everywhere options are down post-cleanup.
